COVID-19 Guidelines

It is a requirement that all persons entering our store to be wearing a mask, check in using the QR code and show proof of vaccination in line with NSW government regulations. We reserve the right to refuse entry if you cannot provide evidence of requirement of entry. We can help via home delivery, click and collect as an alternative. 

If you are feeling unwell or have recently travelled to an area with a recent outbreak we ask that you please refrain from entering our store if you are unwell and have symptoms of illness, if you are unsure please contact your local Dr for advice before entering local businesses as this can have a dramatic impact on us.

At Plant Daddy we take the health and safety of our team and customers very seriously, we are registered with the NSW State Government as a COVID Safe Business and have implemented our business plan accordingly.

In line with government guidelines we are adhering to social distancing measures by allowing 12 customers to enter our store at a time including our open air garden nursery, we have hand sanitiser available and ask you to please use when you enter and exit.

We follow the advice of the NSW Health Department and as such if the advice changes our business will adapt as required to remain a Covid Safe Business.

From time to time we will be at capacity and ask that you please wait outside until we can accommodate you inside. 

We will still continue to serve our customers through our website, instagram and facebook. 

We offer a full contactless delivery option as well as local pick up for Sydney, this means we deliver to you, advise of delivery window and take a photo and send it to you once delivery has been made. Please get in touch with specific requests.
