With all that has been happening and the need for us to practise self-isolation as well as social distancing when out and about we felt it necessary to update our much loved customers.

If you are feeling unwell or have recently travelled outside of NSW we ask that you please refrain from entering our store if you are unwell and have symptoms of illness, if you are unsure please contact your local Dr for advice before entering local businesses as this can have a dramatic impact on us.

At Plant Daddy we take the health and safety of our team and customers very seriously, we are registered with the NSW State Government as a COVID Safe Business and have implemented our business plan accordingly.

In line with government guidelines we are adhering to social distancing measures by allowing 8 customers to enter our store at a time, we have hand sanitiser available and ask you to please use when you enter and exit. We have also made available and encourage customers to check-in via the Service NSW App using our unique QR to assist with contact tracing efforts in the event of active Covid cases.

We follow the advice of the NSW Health Department and as such if the advice changes our business will adapt as required to remain a Covid Safe Business.

We have placed markers on the floor to indicate the safe distance we should observe, if we are at capacity we ask you please wait outside and safely distance yourself from others.

We will still continue to serve our customers through our website, instagram and facebook.

We offer a full contactless delivery option as well as local pick up for Sydney, this means we deliver to you, advise of delivery window and take a photo and send it to you once delivery has been made. Please get in touch with specific requests.

If you decide to shop with Plant Daddy, not only are you supporting local business you are helping to keep the planet green and bringing peace and tranquility to your space.

Please take care, look after each other and as always if we can be of any help reach out.
