Syngonium podophyllum ‘Red Spot’, commonly known as Red Spot Syngonium, is a striking tropical foliage plant prized for its soft green leaves splashed with pink and red variegation. Compact and easy-going, it’s perfect for shelves, desks, or trailing from hanging planters.

Care Guide
Light:
Bright, indirect light is ideal. Tolerates lower light, but variegation will be more vibrant with brighter conditions. Avoid harsh direct sun.
Water:
Water when the top 2–3 cm of soil feels dry. Keep evenly moist but never soggy.
Humidity:
Prefers moderate to high humidity, but adapts well to average indoor conditions.
Temperature:
Thrives between 18–27°C. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 15°C.
Soil:
Well-draining, airy potting mix rich in organic matter (aroid mix works well).
Fertiliser:
Feed monthly during spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertiliser at half strength.
Maintenance:
Low maintenance. Prune to encourage bushier growth and remove leggy stems. Can be trained to climb or left to trail.
Toxicity:
Toxic to pets and humans if ingested.
Larger sizes only available for pickup or local delivery due to size/fragility

If you're not home, we’ll leave your order in a safe place if possible. Otherwise, it will be returned to our Newtown studio for collection or redelivery (fee applies). Please provide any delivery instructions for our drivers to help keep your plants safe.
