Refund policy

We will honour all purchases from our customers provided they have a receipt of purchase and make a claim within 48 hours of purchase. 

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

The images you see on our website are an average of what you will receive, as plants are live products there may be differences between the images and what you receive.

We are unable to provide exact pictures of the plants you will receive however if you would like to see our range we recommend visiting our Newtown Studio to see our current collection. 

If your plant arrives and it is damaged or looks sad please email hello@plantdaddy.com.au immediately so we can help, claims must be within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

Please note Plant Daddy will not be held liable for any damage (or deteriorating conditions) caused to your plant if it spends a prolonged period awaiting collection from a collection point. It is the customers responsibility to either make sure someone is home to accept delivery, request authority to leave, or pick up your order from the collection point as soon as possible.

Plant Daddy always takes very good care in packing your order and plants, the less time they spend packaged, the better. 

Plant Daddy will not accept any responsibility for customers incorrect information being entered at time of order, please take care to ensure we hold your correct information prior to placing an order.

We will not be held responsible for issues arising from customers not being home to accept deliveries either from Plant Daddy Hand Delivery or via our Courier Partner. 

To make changes to orders and delivery information please email hello@plantdaddy.com.au as soon as possible to avoid any delays or charges. 

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend to return the items with a certified postal service so you will be able to track your parcel.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
