Dieffenbachia ‘Milky Way’ is a bold and attractive tropical foliage plant known for its large, glossy leaves splashed with creamy white and soft green variegation. Easy to grow and visually striking, it makes an excellent statement plant for bright indoor spaces.

Care Guide
Light:
Bright, indirect light is ideal. Tolerates medium light, but variegation is best with good brightness. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent leaf scorch.
Water:
Water when the top few centimeters of soil are dry. Keep soil lightly moist but not waterlogged. Reduce watering in cooler months.
Humidity:
Prefers moderate to high humidity but adapts well to normal indoor conditions.
Temperature:
Best grown between 18–27°C. Protect from cold drafts and temperatures below 15°C.
Soil:
Well-draining, rich potting mix. A standard indoor plant mix with added perlite works well.
Fertiliser:
Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced liquid fertilizer. Do not overfeed.
Maintenance:
Remove yellowing lower leaves as the plant matures. Can be cut back to control height and encourage bushier growth.
Toxicity:
Toxic if ingested; sap can cause irritation to skin and mouth. Keep away from pets and children.
Larger sizes only available for pickup or local delivery due to size/fragility.

If you're not home, we’ll leave your order in a safe place if possible. Otherwise, it will be returned to our Newtown studio for collection or redelivery (fee applies). Please provide any delivery instructions for our drivers to help keep your plants safe.
