Care Instructions:

We deliver by hand across Sydney 5 days from 7:00am - 7:00pm.
Your delivery will arrive within 1-3 business days after the order is placed outside of public holidays.
Please note a minimum order of $60 is required to be eligible for hand delivery service.

If you have specific delivery instructions please advise us, if you don’t advise us and no one is home and it is safe to do so your order will be left in a safe place, if it is unsafe your order will be returned to our Newtown Studio.
If it is a gift, it's best to let someone know so they don't miss the delivery.

Courier service
Shipping to states including NSW and Sydney is available except for NT, WA & TAS as these states have quarantine laws that don't allow us to directly ship there.
We now offer free National Shipping via Courier and Auspost for orders over $120, capped at $25, total order must reach $120 after discounts to be eligible.
We do not offer express shipping.
Please note due to the nature of sending live plants, pots & plant care some items may not be available for shipping due to size and weight, if an item appears unavailable on our website this indicates we can't ship to you.
Plant Daddy has partnered with Auspost & Sendle to have your plants, pots and plant care delivered to you on time, safe and secure. Once your order has been placed and confirmed you will receive confirmation once your order is ready for shipping. Generally once you place an order it is shipped within 2-4 days.
Please be patient as we are a small business we pack and send to you directly.
We send parcels via courier service MONDAY - WEDNESDAY to limit the amount of time your plants will spend inside a box during transit. All orders placed after Wednesday will be sent the following Monday - Wednesday.
It is your responsibly to read and understand our policy, we cannot be held responsible for delays during shipping.
All claims made for missing or damaged orders via courier need to be raised directly with either Auspost or Sendle with the tracking information sent. We suggest to take photo's to include with the claim. As we send orders via a third party we are unable to investigate any claims.
Plant Daddy cannot submit claims on behalf of customers.
If you have not left clear instructions or permission to leave the parcel it may be returned for re-delivery, please note we are not responsible for this or will be held liable. Auspost or Sendle can assist with any delivery enquiries.
