Ever wanted to get beautiful plants potted up into stunning pots, directly delivered to your home? Well, look no further! We’ve got you sorted ;)
We know it can be a hassle to do any sort of shopping, or potting up your plants as life gets busy and is unexpected. Our awesome delivery driver Shaun is here to bring you all your plant babies (and everything else) to your home safe and sound!
We hand-deliver across Sydney on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays- it may take us up to 3 business days to have your plants delivered to you, so please be patient!
Once your order is ready for delivery you will receive a notification via your chosen contact method to advise of estimated delivery timeframe; and again once our delivery team is nearby. You will get a tracking number for all orders, as well as a tax invoice :)

Same day delivery
We offer same day delivery for orders placed by 11:00am to the local area within 5kms from our store, orders will be delivered by 6:00pm that day. Any orders placed after 11:00am will be delivered the following day.
A redelivery fee of $15.00 applies for deliveries scheduled and attempt was made to deliver and delivery was unable to be made.
It is your responsibility to leave clear instructions for our drivers if you have any special requirements; if you don’t advise us and no one is home and it is safe to do so your order will be left in a safe place, if it is unsafe your order will be returned to our Newtown Studio.
Please note: Sydney locations are determined as locations within a 50km radius of our store!
Shipping outside of Sydney
Shipping to states including NSW outside of Sydney is available except for NT, WA & TAS as these states have quarantine laws that don't allow us to directly ship there.
We now offer free National Shipping via Courier for orders over $100, use code- FREESHIPPING at checkout, total order must reach $100 to be eligible.
Please note due to the nature of sending live products and plant care some items may not be available for shipping due to size and weight.
We have partnered with Sendle to have your plants, pots and plant care delivered to you on time, safe and secure! Once your order has been placed and confirmed you will receive confirmation from Sendle once your order is ready for shipping. Generally once you place an order it is shipped within 2 business days.
Please be patient as we are a small business, we pack and send to you directly! We do our best to use recyclable packaging while packing your courier orders, to limit waste to our beautiful planet; as well as take the utmost care when packing your orders. It can be difficult to 100% guarantee that your plant babies will arrive in perfect condition as they are out of our hands the moment they leave the store.
We send parcels via courier service Monday to Friday to limit the amount of time your plants will spend inside a box during transit; orders placed over the weekend will be sent Monday. It is your responsibility to read and understand our policy, we cannot be held responsible for delays to shipping.
Any claims made for orders via Sendle will be reviewed with the help of Sendle, however fee's for shipping via Sendle cannot be refunded.
If you have not left instructions or given us permission to leave the parcel in a safe place if you are not home at the time of delivery, it may be returned for re-delivery; please note we are not responsible for this or will be held liable. If you have specific requests, please contact us directly before placing an order so we can help you as best as we can :)
Once you've placed an order you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. If for some reason you don't receive a confirmation please email hello@plantdaddy.com.au
